ORDERING AND SHIPPING

 

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND LOGGING IN  OUR WEBSITE PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE TO READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.

 IF YOU ARE A GOLF COURSE AND WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER PLEASE REGISTER AND INCLUDE A PASSWORD THAT YOU CAN EASILY REMEMBER SO THAT YOU MAY RETURN AS OFTEN AS NECESSARY... GOLF COURSES MAY PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR THEY MAY RECEIVE AN INVOICE FROM EAGLE ONE GOLF PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US.  IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH US IT IS AN EASY PROCESS TO SET ONE UP.  

IF YOU ARE AN INDIVIDUAL LOOKING FOR EQUIPMENT PLEASE REMEMBER THAT WE ACCEPT ALL VALID CREDIT CARDS AND THAT WE SHIP UPS, TO PHYSICAL ADDRESSES ONLY AND WE CANNOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES... ANY ORDER BEING PLACED WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR BEING SHIPPED TO A POST OFFICE BOX IS UNABLE TO BE INPUT INTO OUR SYSTEM.  ORDERS BEING SHIPPED TO INDIVIDUALS WILL USUALLY BE SHIPPED WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS.  YOUR ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED UPS GROUND FROM OUR CALIFORNIA WAREHOUSE. WE DO NOT SHIP C.O.D.

 CUSTOMERS ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES WILL BE DIRECTED TO OUR CLOSEST DISTRIBUTOR WITHIN YOUR COUNTRY.  IF YOU MUST ORDER DIRECT FROM EAGLE ONE GOLF PRODUCTS, THERE WILL BE A $50.00 DOCUMENTATION FEE FOR ALL ORDERS UNDER $750.00 AMERICAN.

RETURN POLICY

 

  • All merchandise to be returned must have a Return Authorization Number, which is approved by an Eagle One Sales Representative.
     

  • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
     

  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, as well as return freight to our distribution center (where applicable).
     

  • Items returned must be unused, in saleable condition and in their unopened original packaging.  A copy of the invoice or the packing slip describing what is being returned and why, must be provided.
     

  • Credit cannot be issued for damaged or obsolete items.
     

  • Special Order Items (non-stock) are returnable within 10 days of invoice date with a 25% restocking fee.  All return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
     

  • Custom products are not returnable.
     

  • Due to the potential of contamination, we cannot accept returns on Sprayers or Spreaders.
     

  • Your complete satisfaction is our goal.  Please notify us promptly if your order is inaccurately fulfilled.

 

DESIGN & SPECIFICATIONS

Our product specifications may change from time to time, and please know that we do it to improve the performance or appearance. We feel assured that our on-going development efforts are beneficial to our customers as a whole, but for those individual cases in which changes cause an inconvenience, we apologize. Please call with any concerns or problems and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.

 

FREIGHT DAMAGE OR SHIPMENT DISCREPANCY

 

Note any discrepancy or damage directly on the bill of lading at time of delivery. Contact the carrier to file a claim and also notify the Eagle One Golf Products Customer Service Department. Please note that once the bill of lading is signed, the customer assumes all responsibility for the quantity received as being accurate and correct. Any concealed quantity discrepancy or damage which may have occurred in transit must be reported within ten (10) days of delivery. Thereafter, the liability for any delivery-related problems rests with the customer.

 

COMMERCIAL CREDIT TERMS

 

For customers with established commercial credit, full payment of all invoices is expected on the due date. Invoices are generated at the point of the sales transaction at the time of purchase. A service charge of 1.5% per month is imposed on all overdue balances. If commercial credit has not been pre-established, payment can be made with the order or purchase through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank or cashier’s check, cash or money order.

Prices F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise stated. Prices subject to change at any time. Terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at Eagle One Golf Products’ discretion without prior notice.

 

WARRANTY

 

Items manufactured by Eagle One Golf Products carry a 12 month warranty. Applicable product warranties and limitations are provided on labels or operator and parts manuals, depending on the product type. Eagle One Golf Products associates are not authorized to make any representations or give any additional warranties/guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding products.
